- Balance payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to departure.

- Accommodation will be provided in 3-star hotels based on availability at the time of booking.
- In case of unavailability, equivalent category hotels will be arranged.
- Transportation:
- The private vehicle provided will follow the itinerary strictly.
- Vehicle usage beyond the itinerary will incur additional charges.
- AC will not be operational in hilly areas for safety reasons.
- Meals:
- Breakfast and dinner are included. All other meals and snacks are chargeable.
- Special dietary requirements should be informed in advance.
- Itinerary Changes:
- The itinerary is subject to weather and road conditions.
- Any additional costs due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) will be borne by the traveler.
- Adventure Activities:
- Activities such as skiing, paragliding, etc., are optional and payable directly.
- Participation is at the traveler's own risk, and the company is not liable for any injuries or accidents.
- Travel Insurance:
- Travel insurance is not included in the package but is highly recommended.
- Personal Expenses:
- Expenses such as laundry, room service, souvenirs, or additional activities are not covered in the package.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 15 days before travel: 80% refund of the total package cost.
- 7-14 days before travel: 50% refund of the total package cost.
- Less than 7 days before travel: No refund.
